On a PAC, an X in the ip string is substituted with 1 through 4 for each QSFP fiber.

On a PAC, an X in the ip string is substituted with 1 through 4 for each QSFP fiber.
On a PICQ or TRAY, an X in the ip string is substituted with 1 through 8 for each QSFP fiber.

Example: IPADDRX=192.168.1X.100

Uses subnets 11 through 14 for each of the fibers. This should be specified in
the command alias during a reset to make the ports active and respond to pings.
