Help: ICE_FLAGS_CORE=(LIST)

This flag configures the generic CORE parameters.

This flag configures the generic CORE parameters.

The list of parameters are specified using the form CORE=(NAME,KEY1=VALUE1,KEY2=VALUE2,...)

   NAME - the name of the core with option tree (ie. AWG;ICE)
   The valid keyed parameters are those defined by that core

If the core is not a JVCC core, use the default HOC (HardwareOnlyCore) form:
