Reconfigure Network

  This allow reconfiguring the network.
  The HostName defaults to "devIce" and can be left defaulted even with multiple IceOS's in your system.
  The HostAddr is the IP address which defaults to 192.168.0.123 .  
  If you enter a number without dots, it is assumed to be the last tuple.
  The HostMask is defaulted to 255.255.255.0 .
  The HostGate is defaulted to 192.168.0.254 .
  The HostAddrX is defaulted to 192.168.X.123 and defines the non-CPU network ports of THE PIC card QSFPs.
  The X is replaced with 1-N for each ISFP=n lane in the QSFPs.  
  These port will respond to pings at that address but will not show up in the system network utilities.
