This command combines multiple channelized data streams into a single
packetized output stream. When renumbering inputs, channel 1 from each
input stream is (1-N) and channel 2 from each stream is N+(1-N) ...

Switches:
  /STRIP	- strip packet headers from output
  /RENUM	- renumber output channel packet numbers 1-N
  /RENUMI	- renumber input channel numbers 1-N
