ICETEST - ICE test routines (NextMidas Only)

<function>	Function to perform (LOOP, SPEC, ALL, PFAT, SDDSIO, ...)
<device name>   PIC alias in HW file (i.e. PIC, PIC1, PIC2, ...)

All PIC TEST/<function> and ICE TEST <function> commands are vectored here. 
In X-Midas, these are all in the PIC macro. 

Functions:

  EYE <dev> - Plots the 3GIO EyeScan 
	The /NODE=n switch sets the 3GIO port interface of interest
              where n = 0:basePCI 10:baseRIO 1:pm1IOM 11:pm1RIO 2:pm2IOM 12:pm2RIO

  QSFP <dev> - Tests the QSFP paths on a PAC or SuperPAC with a loopback QSFP inserted

  PPC/DMA <dev> - Displays the DMA registers on the specified node
	The /NODE=x displays 0=crossbar 11=PM1 12=PM2
	The /NTUN=x how many tuner or multichannel ports to show (def=32)

  PPC/FTT <dev> - Displays the FastTunerTransform parameter structures
	The /NODE=x displays 0=crossbar 11=PM1 12=PM2
