What might break

• DEMOD, FILTER, TUNER, WINDOW commands moved from SYS into DSP option tree
• GCONTROLS which use number defaults should use strings instead
  

New Features Added

• Support for packet files and processing: SDDS and ICE packets supported.  Extendable to user defined packet types.
• More detailed maps are available from the added support for SHAPE (*.shp) files.

• Browser control, monitoring and debugging of server macros

• Circular file support for archiving
• Build improvements:
• More portable: replaced much script code with java.
• Simplified for building classes, JAVADOCS, WEBSTART (see MAKE command)

• REPORT - For auto-message logging
• New primitives added to DSP option including: FDFILTER, FIRKAIS, and FIRWIND.
