NXM Without Large DAT Files

nxm/sys/dat contains many BLUE files as well as graphics files, some of which are quite large. Many are only needed for testing and the DEMO command. Moving nxm/sys/dat into nxm/sys/test reduces the size of the SYS jar.

NOTE: The DEMO command will no longer work.

From NMROOT, run libnxm/jar-footprint/dat/move-dat.sh to move nxm/sys/dat into nxm/sys/test.

NOTE: A few files are kept in nxm/sys/dat for operational use.
