JSON Support

JSON support has been added both in library code and via macro commands.

Converting BLUE File Header Keywords into JSON

• Default conversion of BLUE file Header, Keyword, and Data to JSON

• Custom conversion of linked 1000 and 6000 metadata to nested JSON startmacro
