JSON Support

JSON support has been added both in library code and via macro commands.

Default conversion of BLUE file Header, Keyword, and Data to JSON
nM> convert myfile.tmp BLUE2JSON jsonout.txt
Custom conversion of linked 1000 and 6000 metadata to nested JSON startmacro
