Using WebStart
- To use WebStart you need to do four things:
  1. Create the necessary JAR files
  This is done automatically if you do
```
nm> make all <myopt>
```
  The JARS are placed in the $NMROOT/jars/ directory.
  
  2. Create the JNLP file
  
  The JNLP file specifies which JARS are required and which command is to be run.
  There are properties that can be set:
```
AUX    - The read and write aux (e.g. "HOME HOME|RAM|DAT")
OPTS   - The option trees to add to the path (e.g. "UCL,SYS")

  3. Upload the JAR files and JNLP file to a web server
  
  The files need to be uploaded to the web server.
  
  Some web servers may need a minor configuration update before using JNLP files, see Building WebStart Applications in the NeXtMidas User's Guide for details.
  
  4. Make a link to the JNLP file in a web page.
  All that is need is a simple link to the JNLP file, for example:
```
<a href="myapp.jnlp">Launch MyApp via Java WebStart</a>
```
  If the user's web browser is not already configured to use WebStart, the user should get a popup asking what to do with the file. They should select "Open With Application" and choose javaws as the application (javaws is usually found at $JAVAHOME/jre/javaws/javaws with Oracle Java 8). IcedTea-Web also has open source versions of javaws for Java 8 and 11.
