Since NeXtMidas makes it easy to create real-time controls that alter variables held
privately inside a primitive (shown later in this module) there
is rarely a need to access results parameters from a primitive except to store the
results of a computation (which is always done in the close() method).
As a rule NeXtMidas primitives never poll the values of results
parameters.
