Create an option tree

The OPTION command:
- The OPTION command provides an easy way to create a simple option tree with the default directory structure. The easiest way to do this is :
  1. Choose a name for the option tree.
  2. Choose a directory for the option tree to be placed in (if the directory does not exist it will be created automatically).
  3. Use the /CREATE feature of the OPTION command to create (just the first time) the default directories and include a template command dictionary:
```
nM> option/create <name> <path to option tree>
```
    For example:
```
nM> option/create myopt /home/smith/myopt123/nxm/myopt
```
  4. NOTE: Subsequent times, you will define your option tree WITHOUT the /create switch, e.g.
```
nM> option myopt /home/smith/myopt123/nxm/myopt
```
