  • Documentation available inside the NeXtMidas shell:
    DEFAULT <command>
    Lists default values for a given command, as well as abbreviations.
    EXPLAIN <command>
    Provides the most detailed description about the calling sequence and performance of a specified command.
    HELP <command>
    Similar to the EXPLAIN command, but allows searches using search expressions. Type "explain help" for more information.
    HELP/GUI
    Brings up a graphical help browser that includes the online help. Can use search expressions very similar to regular expressions to find all documentation relating to the query string.
    MENU
    Provides an up-to-date list of all NeXtMidas commands available for execution.
    QUERY <object> <method>
    Provides documentation for the Java methods that can be accessed via the INVOKE command.
    SYNTAX <command>
    Shows the command-line syntax for a given command.
