    M Pointer to the current Midas context.
    MA Pointer to the set of command-line Args.
    MQ Pointer to the MessageQueue.
    MR Pointer to the Results table.
    MW Pointer to the graphical MWindow (graphical primitives only).

These variables are capitalized since they are intended to be treated as final by the primitive writer.
